Bhutan. On top of a mountain 

Sitting on a camping chair at 4500 metres overlooking a lake. I am in Bhutan, the land of happiness with GNH measurement (Gross National Happiness index). I just washed in the lake, 4 degrees, nice and crispy after 4 days of trekking from Paro to Thimpu. We are half way. I am fulfilling a 20 year old dream and really, this is a dream.

This month we serve you a spicy dish of Afrobeat and North African Folk blended with rock, country and electronica. This delicacy is hard to classify but great to experience as it represent a unique sound created by African rebels Rachid Taha and Seun Kuti.

Rachid Taha rocked the Sydney Opera House Monday night. The crowd danced non stop for 90 minutes to his North African punk funk. The night evolved into wild times as people storm the stage to dance and sing with Rachid. Expect a colourful and vibrant evening this Friday at The Prince bandroom!
