What to bring

So Frenchy is an all weather event

You may wish to bring folding chairs, picnic rugs, hats, sunscreen, small sun shelters, insect repellent, jackets and ponchos (for inclement weather) and point and shoot cameras.
We recommend you bring cash on site to avoid queues. There will be Eftpos facilities at the bar (only) and two ATMs on site.

Food

You may bring your own food in portable eskies.
There will also be a selection of food available on site for sale.

Drinks

Strictly no BYO alcohol or glass bottles; this event is fully licensed.
Sealed bottled water and soft drinks are permitted.

Not permitted

Alcohol, glassware, metal cutlery, tents, high back folding chairs, video or recording equipment.
No pets allowed.

Condition of entry

All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated.

Children under 12 years are admitted free – check out our kids’ section.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

If you consider bringing your baby, please note that there is no shade or protection from sun or rain. It is up to you but not recommended for your child’s wellbeing and safety or your enjoyment of the day.

So Frenchy is wheelchair accessible. There are no stairs, and there are disabled toilets on site.

How to get there

By car

Werribee Park is 25 km from Melbourne via the West Gate Bridge. Take the Werribee South exit from the Princess Freeway. Cross Duncans Road to K Road. Follow the signs to Werribee Park and enter at Gate 2. Free parking is available on site.

By bus

So Frenchy So Chic In The Park has arranged bus transfers from Melbourne CBD.
All prices quoted are return trips. The return trip will depart approximately 30 mins after the last performance.

Pick up – Corner of Spencer and Lonsdale street (in Front of the old Age Newspaper building at 11.15 am

Pre-booking is essential – tickets will not be sold at the pick up point. Bus tickets can be purchased here. Bus transfers are not included in the event ticket price. Visit facebook.com/cartellmusic closer to event date for changes in bay number, pick up times and other details.  IMPORTANT: Due to construction work on the V/Line, Southern Cross station isn’t available for pick up & drop off. Please note the new location (Corner of Spencer and Lonsdale street (in Front of old Age Newspaper).

Tickets

Tickets are on sale through Cartell Music. You will be emailed a PDF ticket. If for any reason your tickets do not arrive in your inbox please check your spam folders/filters and check that the correct email was provided. If after checking no ticket is found please contact your ticket agent. Please present your ticket at the gate together with a valid ID.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes, tickets will be for sale at the main public entrance located at Gate 2.

Is it possible to get a refund?

No, sorry. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions.

Are pass outs available?

Yes, these will be issued at the point of exit.

What time does the event start?

The gate will open at 12.00pm.
The first act will be on stage at 1.30pm.
We expect the event to conclude at 8pm.
